Tuesdays lunch

I love hope...there's nothing like finding the smallest glimmer of light in a dark tunnel.

I love my bed. I always have a few great hours of sleep, and it makes all the difference.

I really appreciate my body. It moves, its strong, its healthy, and its all mine.

I love, love, love my Maddy and Ash! I forget sometimes to follow their lead. Children always know how to enjoy life.

I love my heart. It rarely feels hate and always looks for the good in most situations. Even pain and sorrow feel delicious because I can feel love so deeply.

I appreciate knowing what I know.
I appreciate being able to feel.
I appreciate the way I see the beautiful multiverse.
I appreciate knowing my soul.
I appreciate when something delightfully surprises me.
I appreciate the man who helped me bring my 2 amazing children to life.

Sunny Thursday Afternoon

I love me and I love my goofy daughter in her Feisty Fairy T-shirt. I love my brilliant son, who comes up with the most simple yet genius plans. I love my Shirley. I love seeing a license plate from out of town and make up stories about why they are here; especially when they came from far away. I love losing myself in a beautiful piece of music, or painting. 

A productive Tuesday

Today I love life... I'm alive in this fantastic physical reality, and I get to play and live amongst beautiful, magnificent people in this world!

I love knowledge.

I love being in the shower when I hear a song that makes me feel like singing and dancing along! ...yes in the shower.; )

I love dinner at the table and sharing stories about our day with people I love.

I love this rainy cloudy morning. It makes my insides warm and fuzzy. Especially with a hot cup of coffee and nowhere to be.

I love breakfast with my munchkins

How It Began

My daughter and I began emailing 5 things every morning that we were appreciative of. Soon we added friends and the email chain began. I decided it would be smoother to allow everyone to post their 5 things each day in one place... voila... this blog was created.

Starting each day with love and appreciation has been a wonderful way for us to begin our days with peace and love. I have seen our appreciation carry over from day to day in our lives. It seems like we get on a roll, and the momentum of fun and love just gets better and better.
